Bee Electrics Electrical Contracting Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview:

1.1 By engaging in services with Bee Electrics, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2 These terms and conditions may be subject to change without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly

2.1 Bee Electrics agrees to provide electrical contracting services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.

2.2 Any additional services requested by the client that are not specified in the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.

3.1 The client agrees to pay Bee Electrics according to the payment terms specified in the invoice.

3.2 Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe are subject to late fees.

3.3 Bee Electrics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

3.4 Bee Electrics retains ownership of all materials until final invoice is paid in full.

4.1 Bee Electrics will make reasonable efforts to complete the contracted work within the agreed-upon timeframe.

4.2 Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or regulatory issues, may affect project timelines.

5.1 Bee Electrics guarantees that all work will be completed in a professional manner, adhering to industry standards and relevant regulations.

5.2 Clients must report any defects or issues within a reasonable timeframe after completion of the project for resolution.

6.1 Bee Electrics maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.

6.2 Bee Electrics is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client’s misuse of the electrical systems installed.

7.1 Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including electrical codes and safety standards

7.2 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the work performed by Bee Electrics.

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.

9.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.

9.2 If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration.

10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
